Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Metegol's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

The materials on Metegol's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Metegol makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall Metegol or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Metegol's website.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

1. Nature of the Activity: You acknowledge that participation in amateur soccer matches organized, scheduled, or recorded through Metegol involves inherent risks of physical injury, including but not limited to: sprains, fractures, collisions with other players or objects, cardiac events, and permanent disability. You voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown. 2. Platform Role: You expressly understand that Metegol is strictly a technology platform provided by Metegol LLC for the purpose of matchmaking and data recording. Metegol does not own, inspect, maintain, or supervise the playing fields, facilities, or equipment used during matches. We do not employ referees or medical staff. 3. Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Metegol, its owners, developers, and affiliates from any liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury (including death) that may be sustained by you or any property belonging to you, while participating in any activity facilitated by the App.

By opting in to receive SMS/Text messages from Metegol, you agree to the following: 1. Types of messages: You may receive booking confirmations, reminders, and related transactional alerts. 2. Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on activity, up to 10 messages per month. 3. Data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. 4. Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text "STOP" to the shortcode or number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. 5. Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or get help directly at support@metegol.app. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or booking. You must be at least 16 years old to create a Metegol account. Users between 16-17 years old may participate in matches and use the platform's features, but payment transactions must be completed by an account holder who is 18 years of age or older.
